Infinitus Plaza stands proudly as the new global headquarters of Infinitus China, embodying a visionary approach to work environments that foster connectivity, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Not only does this impressive facility serve as the group’s headquarters, but it also houses their herbal medicine research facilities, safety assessment labs, and a dynamic learning center for conferences and exhibitions.
Covering an expansive area of 185,643 square meters, Infinitus Plaza serves as a gateway to the vibrant Baiyun Central Business District. It occupies the former site of the Baiyun Airport, seamlessly connecting Guangzhou’s city center with Feixiang Gongyuan Park and the newly developed communities within the airport’s revitalization.
Designed with the aim of cultivating collaborative and adaptable workspaces, Infinitus Plaza spans eight floors, forming a series of interconnected rings that enhance interaction and communication among all departments. The bridges that link these rings provide flexible communal spaces, promoting individual and collective well-being. Employees can enjoy state-of-the-art gyms, exercise rooms, recreational areas, relaxation zones, as well as diverse dining options. Furthermore, these bridges also connect the office spaces within the plaza to additional shopping and dining areas, creating a vibrant and integrated environment.
Given the humid subtropical monsoon climate of Guangzhou, Infinitus Plaza has been meticulously designed and constructed to meet stringent environmental standards. It proudly holds LEED Gold certification and 3-Stars in China’s Green Building Program. The life cycle carbon emissions of the building have been calculated at a remarkable 15.3% embodied carbon, with operational carbon emissions at an impressive 84.7%, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
